If the ejaculation occurs right after penis enters to the vagina, or before it enters or if it occurs before the request of the men, it is called premature ejaculation.
Because it is often difficult to express and is a relative concept there is not enough information on the frequency of occurrence.
However, it is thought to occur in one third of young men under the age of 25 and 10% of those over the age of 40. In fact, almost all men can encounter this problem in one part of their life.
At least due to the tension during the first sexual experiences premature ejaculation can be seen and men learn to control the ejaculation in time.
Grading of premature ejaculation can be explained as follows:
If the ejaculation occurs before penis enters into the vagina – it is accepted as severe premature ejaculation.
If the ejaculation occurs while the penis is in vagina for one minute or less – it is accepted as moderate premature ejaculation.
If the ejaculation occurs while the penis is in vagina between 1 and 5 minutes – it is accepted as premature ejaculation.
