Sleep on Your Side and Reduce the Risk!

It is determined that the way of sleeping can held to reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s disease.

The research of the scientists from Stony Brook University, USA showed that sleeping on your side contributes to reduce the disease risk when compared with lie front or back positions.

Scientists who study many brain images concluded that sleeping on your side helps to lymph system which is defined as a second circulation system which cleans the toxins; accelerate the blood circulation, kills bacteria and viruses.

Scientists emphasized that sleeping on your side prevents the undesirable chemical accumulation in the brain, and this position can reduce the risk of Parkinson’s and other neurological
diseases besides Alzheimer’s disease.

The research was published in “Journal of Neuroscience”.
