Adequate intake of vitamin C also prevents the formation of cellulite. Sugar and sweet foods must be reduced in nutrition. You can take the advantage of the positive effects of spices on circulatory system. Consuming dark green leafy vegetables prevents the formation of cellulite.
You can still take the advantage of the positive effects of fluid intake on the formation of cellulite. However it is important to choose the natural herbal teas instead of sugary drinks. The regular consumption of green tea (2-3 cups a day) reduces the formation of fat by speeding up metabolism. Especially after 30 minutes than you consume green tea, circulation in blood vessels will speed up. This prevents the formation of cellulite. The right amount of water consumption is important too (2-3 liters per day).”
